I am going to say petricola because of the white outline all the way around the fins

Almost certainly S. lucipinnis due to the fact this is the bred species available at this small size. Because the white colouration is variable and changes with age also, I'd wait for them to grow and then the described characteristics can tell them apart along with head spot size.
