Wow, what a cute little worm on a hook! That's awesome. I must have spent 2 minutes on the page, scrolling up and down, really slowly, to try and control the worm. LOL

It's only a five hour trip. Get a couple of catfish friends from your local club, carpool up, and split a room.

oy, sounds awesome, unfortunately not possible right now...workandwhatnot...besides I'm the only person I know of in my area that cares as much about any kind of fish as I do. Everyone else I know is either a dog or a cat person.

88 days until Cataclysm! This will be a busy weekend in Madison with a big home football game against Purdue, so be sure to book your rooms early. The host hotel is giving conference attendees a special rate of $90 per night.
As an incentive to get signed up now we are going to be having a drawing with great prizes for anyone who registers before August 31. Plus, the more people who register early, the more chances you have to win. For every 25 people who register by the deadline, we are adding a prize to the drawing. If 25 people register by August 31 then there will be one prize, if 50 people register, there will be 2 prizes and so on. So encourage your friends to get registered, too! Visit our Facebook group to learn more about the drawing.

We also have a new speaker added to the line-up, Nathan Lujon. He is an ichthyologist who has made a huge contribution to the taxonomy and our understanding of Loricariid catfish. One of those efforts you may recognize is the reorganization of the Panaque sp. 'royal plecos' for P. nigroliniatus into several different species (including the P. armbrusteri).
We are also posting fish that will be in the rare fish auction on our Facebook group. Note, fish are living animals and things can happen, so some of the fish featured might not be in the auction due to circumstances beyond our control.
