I am a relative newbie to the hobby, having had an established tank for only four months.
I have been browsing this site for quite awhile gathering info on the various varities of catfish. Yesterday, I picked up my very first. It is a dark brown sailfin (which one of the members helped me identify)about 2.5". The acclimation went extremely well and he/she took to the driftwood immediately (actually hanging upside down under it).
