Is this a snow king?

Just picked this guy up this afternoon and at first glance I thought he was a snow king, but after having showed this pic to a couple of people they don't think it is, so I thought I would post here for yall's expert opinion. 
forgot to mention this guy is about 6 1/2 - 7".
