I'm semi-new here. Been lurking for some time now, and finally got around to registering. I've been a catfish fan for some time now.
Right now I've just finished setting up a 75 Gallon (48"X18"X18") aquarium which houses the following:
1 Common Pleco, approximately 10" in length.
3 Small Colombian Sharks all less than 3" each
2 Small (<3") and 1 Medium (about 4-5") Pictus Cats (Love these, they're awesome to watch.)
3 Small (3-4") Iridescent Sharks
All but the pleco and one each of the others are new as of last night. The other four came out of a 20 Gal that they were in.
I'm hoping I can grow them to a decent size without letting them explode into a "too big for the tank" state. I'm a bit worried about the necessary salinity of the water for the maturing Colombian Sharks, but I'll deal with that as necessary.
Hopefully I'll get some pics up soon and get some tips for a better tank setup.
