Fish house set up

I am currently designing a fish house for my back garden and cant decide on whether to have a centralised system or individual stand alone tanks.
My opinion is stand alone is better,
Opinions and experiences needed.

With a little research in the forums you will see that this topic has been discussed quit a bit. I agree that centralized filtration systems are not the best unless you are breeding nothing but a certain type of fish (such as Angels or Discus). There are also issues with leaking plumbing, disaese spreading, inability to control flow in different tanks, inability to change water chemistry in one tank and not others, etc.
