When breeding pl*cos should you use a bare bottom or gravel?

I have done both. Bare bottom is much eaiser to keep clean. Using a gravel vac when you have fry can be a real hassle.

What about feeding frozen food such as bloodworms and others will it be hard for them to eat if there is a strong current?

I need some advice
