What's this then?

I guessed Paraotocinclus, because the head looked like a Paraotocinclus. I think the dorsal looks to small to be a gibbiceps and the colour seems wrong for a common (or whatever is sold as common here in Norway).

Maybe someone could help us with this?

I am guessing it is one of the less commonly seen hypoptopomatine genus, possibly Schizolecis, Microlepidogaster or maybe even Hisonotus.

Hi,

Like LiSCN i'm pretty sure its a juvenile Liposarcus. Should be L. pardalis.

Would need to see more pics, but if it isn't a common then it might be a Cochliodon.

@jools just concerning the Cochliodon ARMBRUSTER has told me in a mail that C. has been sunk and is now within the Hypostomus. No more Cochliodon...for him at least :)
