How about a flashing icon (or something) to draw attention to the chat when someone is in there? PC's chat was the best I've ever been to at one point. Now it's a ghost town

Well, it does show when there are folks there. I think a flashing icon might be a bit too garish?

Feel free to take it upon yourself to post a meeting date and time; you'll find a bunch of folks around then if it is pre-arranged.
