New, can you help me identify this catfish?

Can you help identify this catfish? We caught them a few weeks ago in a local river (Castor River). I'm thinking they are either a stinging catfish (Heteropneustes fossilis) or a flathead catfish (Pylodictis olivaris).

Sorry for the poor photo quality. Taking a photo of an aqurium is trickier than I thought! :oops: If I need to try and take a better one, I will.

What you have is a , or marginated madtom. A lot of fun and one of my favorite catfish. They're quite hardy and will eat anything.

This is not the margined, but the slender madtom (). The margined madtom is not found to the west of the Appalachians.
