Sensitivity to medications?

I was wondering if Plecos, in general, are sensitive to any medications?

I know that scaleless fish are sensitive and that often any medication needs to be used at half strength or purchased that is "safe" for scaleless fish. Is there anything offhand that should out and out be avoided though?

I really appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks! :D

Medications containing copper or formaline can be very dangerous for these species but I know some use the formaline.
Formaline is a carcinogenic substance for humans and we dont know how much damage it can do to fishes when it is very poisonous. When using medications always study the breathing on your catfishes...heavy and quickly breathing or/and if they change the colour are both signs of poisonous.
