I would'nt really say so. unless there are about 20 quite mature one's packed into a small tank and any furture growth will be canceled. This is only in extreame conditions and i doubt any fishkeeper would do this.

Graeme.

Hi!

Underfeeding or unappropriate food can slow growth!
Bad water quality such as high level can slow a fish growing as well

With all due respect Yann. Is'nt stunned growth differant to Slow growth?

Cory's are no different to any other fish. If they are not looked after in the right way and given a good varied diet and plenty of quality clean water.

Graeme: Fish never stop growing, they grow their whole life, from the fisrt day to the last, so growth can not really being stop but rather being slow to different importance level!

Hi!

Well I would say that the best way to recognize such fish is by looking at the size of the eyes, it is clearly way to big compare to the size of the fish.
