Well, I had a pair of longfin albinos and just lost the female. They were doing fine until one day I noticed that the female was very fat. Thinking that eggs were iminent I was excited. Next day she looked bad and here abdomed became dark-obviously not a good sign. I just found her dead and opened her up to see if I could learn anything. Plenty of eggs and also what appeared to be some kind of parasites were present. The innards smelt foul and the worms looked like a very small tubifex mebbe 3-7mm in length. These showed no signs of life. The still living male is in a 15 gal with some praecox fry. Does anyone have any opinions on what this is, what caused it, and how to treat?thanks in advance,
