A nice little stump with an alcove underneath. PVC pipe. These can always be camouflaged with sand or gravel over silicon. Half plant pots.
Make sure each one has their own hide-away.

im only getting one, but that pvc pipie with gravel on sounds funky
when i put him in the tank though, once i open the bag, shall i open it facing in the direction of the cave, so he (or she) swims towards it, and locates it faster? or wont it matter?

It won't matter. He'll check the tank out and then decide on a nice spot.
You may want to put in two or three hides in any case, so that he gets a choice. My pipe lengths are about 1 1/2 the body length.
After you've equalised the temperature of the bag water, it's best to net the fish out of the bag, if you have a suitable size net. This will reduce the probability of transferring a pathogen into your tank.
