Pimelodus blochii? It was marked as 4 stripe pictus.

Yes, it is afaik. It looks a bit pale, but it probably sits in a bare tank. The black spot before the dorsal is a good clue.

Well, not exactly what I was looking for (pictus) but better! P. Blochii get to around 10", that's more what I wanted.
