Do you know where it came from (other than the pet store)?

I can't think of any species with this colouration that also has the dark pectoral and caudal areas. Of course I don't know all species, but I'm afraid this is man-made....again.

I'm getting some sort of hack-admin error page when I click the link for the picture......
it says that I try to get access with a blocked IP adress and a proxy, wich is bull ofcourse.
but then it gets downright creepy, cause it automatically redirects me to the homepage of my very own router, showing all the stats!
wich makes me wish I HAD use a proxy, blocked IP adress etc etc

The picture was posted on my website. I know no details, but i´ll ask him.
that also has the dark pectoral and caudal areas.
S. filamentosus have these colouration in the fins and looks a
little, little bit similary.
But the crucial detail is missing - the filament.

Sorry,
Thanks for your comments,

Hi there
It doesn't really look like any of the filamentosus i've encountered.
With the dark-ish patches in the dorsal & pectorals adjacent to the body & the dark bars in the lobes of the tail it hints at a hybrid (but not one i've come across). That said there are must be too many variants to count by now!
