Yes, it's a Hypoptopoma. I do not know which species.

While they say to us as it is Hipoptopoma sp "Venezuela"

H. gulare is the one listed by CLOFFSCA as being from Venezuela. That's of course by no means sure to be the only species actually from Venezuela.
