Imported / labelled as a Pseudohemiodon which it is not. It appears closest to Spauloricaria. Note the wonderful dorsal extension. Photo taken by Johnny Jensen at BAS a couple of months ago. Any ideas?

Hi,
Note the wonderful dorsal extension.
Look carefully: This isn't a dorsal filament, but the caudal filament of the fish behind.
Could be a Spatuloricaria species, but im not sure. Can you get a shot of the mouth?

Greetings... Achim

I'm pretty sure these came in as Spatuloricaria, about £18 each.
