I couldn't find the species,
It resembles the species, Hemipsilichthys bahianus:

Not a catfish ebrehe, but a Cyprinid.

Possibly a Garra sp.

Which would make it a Grinocheilid rather than a Cyprinid.

They look quite different to when they are young at 2" long...........
