Hi. Are hoplo catfish ok at higher temperatures? Say around 29-30 degrees celcius? Because it is starting to get warm here in Australia.
Cheers.
Luke.

Most Hoplo's can stand quite warm temps. They come from seasonal waters, where the rely on their secundaire breating in the dry season. However, they do need some water still.
Perhaps they can survive 35 degrees, perhaps slightly more, but i would not try that warm

Okie dokes. Will they be ok in 29-30 degrees for a few months?

Probably - they are about the most tolerant fish I've seen.

Cool. I love my hoplos and flagtail catfishes. Mine has lots of personality.
