Hi,

A few month ago I have found some wild Ancistrus. I took 3, 1M / 2F.
2 weeks later, the first spawn was done. This is an abstract with picts :

This is one of the 2 females. Not very shy, but she loose her colors as soon as she get out of her cave.

This is a true "bristle-nose", isn't it? It's a very beautiful fish. His "bristles" became more clear when he is guarding something.

The first spawn done on the 09/07 (7/september)oops...

All was all right until the last week. Third spawn done probably on 21/10, and the clutch has been ejected 2 days later. I tried to put it again in the cave, the male kept it for 1 day and it has desappeared. I found it 2 days later on the morning, and I put it in a nursery.

Some youngs. Look at the youngs who stay on the bottom of the nursery

Some youngs have a problem. they are very fat, it looks like they have some air in their yolk sac.

Any idea?

Thank you!
