good way to condition microsyno's

Had these microsyno's in with some breeding Ancistrus claro.....I think they figured out what the claro's were up to....the broods of claro were getting smaller
These two are going into their own tank

My micro syno's love frozen Blood Worms and live Black Worms.

They look well conditioned enough!!!
Seriously though, they are some good looking microsynos. Mine enjoyed all frozen small particle foods, daphnia, bloodworms, brineshrimp, lobster eggs etc & if you have the opportunity/ability liquidised earthworms (or extremely finely chopped) - they'll be crazy for it!

Ha ha, i'd tend to agree those look in pretty good condition to me , in my experience as long as the food menu consists of a few varietys i.e frozen , dry , and live foods , then these fishes are easily pleased !
