Shipping costs could be very expensive! There are several shops in the uk that have them at the moment but i would have thought you could find them closer to home - they are not common though.
Have you looked to see who keeps this species in cat-e-log & if anyone is near you?

I have looked all over for them as well, and I am convinced they are completely unavailable in the US. I found a site that has them, but they are out of stock. I can't even remember the site name. If you find a source for them anywhere please let me know because I definitely want one/some.

? That's reasonably well available in the UK. I know a shop that has a nice big one. I would be surprised if they're totally unavailable in the USA.
