C. reynoldsi Spawned - First Time

Greetings. Lots of activity in the fish room this weekend. Have pulled eggs from A. cf. albater, C. adolfoi, F1 C. bilineatus and a new specie for me, C. reynoldsi. About 60-70 viable eggs. That is Cory specie No 48.
Alas, my latest spawn of C. amapaensis was not viable. Oh, well - you can't have everything. - Frank

Congratulations on the breeding.
Once you can confirm they are viable and surviving, you may want to update the boards. They are showing breeding as unreported for C-48.

Oldman, Coryologist mentioned number 48 as the 48th cory he has bred, it was not a reference to C48, I did a double take on that too
But C reynoldsi is breeding "unreported" too.

Thanks All. Just found some eggs from my C. aurofrenatus, that Ian had brought for me, last September. Only about a dozen, but there were many fish in the tank that probably feasted on the tiny eggs. Time to house them by themselves, as I just did with my C. multimaculatus.
Also, found a few more C. reynoldsi eggs and a nice spawn from my F1, S. kronei. Although the eggs were scattered, as opposed to being found deposited in a single group, all of the eggs appear viable. They need to learn the ropes.
The C. aurofrenatus, if successful, will be Cory specie No. 49.
