I can move your post to another subject, but perhaps you can post a link to a picture that is actually available for everyone to view, and not just members of aquaria central.
I would also recommend that you don't "report" posts unless it is really something that urgently needs action from a moderator - e.g. spam or other inappropriate posts - that fact that it is in the wrong area is something we moderators pick up anyways when we read the posts if it's obvious [in this case it can probably sit in either the ID section or the Loricariidae section - as the ID is already identified to Loricariidae, just now which species within the family].

Many thanks !
I thought the link was to a generally available pic - hopefully this one can be seen now
What I did was report as being off topic, which is one of the options on the report file (I think !) in case it in fact would be preferable to have it moved but I am happy with it where ever your staff is happy with it.
Thanks for your attention.

If I "edit" your post, I find a link, which looks like this:
http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/at ... 1216035721
It does not show up as an image on my machine because of two reasons:
* Only things that end with a recognized image extension (such as .jpg) will be acceptable as images.
* It requires that I join to be able to view the post.
You can upload attachments to the forum here, so why not upload the image here instead.

I often use the preview feature to test that things like image links are working prior to submitting the post.

I absolutely would (post attachment) but I only have options for Img and Url on my post screen.
When I preview it comes up as a pic embedded in post - I'm thinking probably members of that site etc. effects this or something.
Then I read this which says 'the image must exist elsewhere on the internet' to add it to a post
http://www.planetcatfish.com/faq/index. ... opular=yes
Does link not show a pic for anyone (thanks for taking the time to look) ?

Gah !
Ignore me I'm an idiot - I found the attachment button.
What I get when I try to upload however is an out of memory error message.
Oh well - if you guys want to take the thread down that's fine; its pretty worthless without the pics.

What size is your picture? Pictures here are resized to be no more than 640 pixels wide, so you may want to reduce it to that size before posting.
Do you get an out of memory on your computer (a dialog box), or do you get an out of memory page on PlanetCatfish's website? If it's the latter, we should tell Jools so he can fix whatever is causing that problem.

It was a site message, not a dialogue box.
But...and don't hold your breath here folks...

...I think I may have done it right this time
