It is indeed a valid species. Generally, new species are added to the Cat-eLog if they have a photo. If you have a photo, send it to Jools via webmaster at planetcatfish dot com, with your own name and the species name of the fish.

I also moved this thread to the appropriate place for "this needs to be fixed on the site".
