Have you checked out the cat elog page () and links from there?
They are vey easy to breed. All they seem to need is some cool water changes to get them going. Mine live in a community tank with tetras and cichlids and I am regularly finding little pandas scurrying around among the plants. I started out with 5 and I have lost track of how many I've got now. Must be at least 20. If you catch them spawning you'll see that the females (clearly bigger than the males) deposit the eggs one at a time (often under a leaf) so if you keep an eye on them you can pick out the eggs as they lay them and put them in a breeding net or something. They are great little fish, I'm sure you'll enjoy them. Good luck.
