I've found my Corys react best to Omega One shrimp pellets, and TetraMin tropical Tablets "the Rich Mix"

omega one shrimp sinking, hikari canivore sinking pellets, hikari sinking tropical wafers, Hikari frozen bloodworms, shrimp (reg and spirulina) daphnia, tubifex, oh my goodness tubifex def #1 . and earthworm pellets.

Corys are not generally that fussy but i would reccommend keeping their diet varied with selections of manufactured aquarium foods, flake, pellets, sticks, granules etc by whatever manufacturer you choose & also frozen live foods, brine shrimp, blood worm, daphnia etc, maybe also tetra delica which is stuff like brine shrimp in a nutritious jelly/paste & is available in handy sachets.

I agree with Richard and add that I try to give them one day off a week from food. At first, I needed to write it all down, to keep track. But, I vary the frozen or freeze-dried foods with the dried wafers or pellet food. Then, I don't feed them on one of the days. At first, it was harder for me than them.
