It should give you a list of the three places that claim to have this fish.

However, beware that not everything sold as really is that. Check the count of dorsal rays to make sure - it should be more than 8 - this is UNIQUE in all scientifically described Ancistrus.

still looking! the few places that do seem to have stock sell it by the time i can get to them!
willing to drive pretty much anywhere as long as i know they will still be there when i get there!!

I have 1 small male, still got the white spots and the distinct white edge who is just starting to develop facial bristles. I could be tempted to part with him to replace with something like some zebra otos...PM me if you are interested.
