that seems like a lot to add at one time. Watch your levels, ie; ammonia and nitrIte.
cories like to be in shoals. maybe the three are just stressed out from the trauma of moving from the fish store to your tank.

ABout 30min. later,I noticed they started scavenging for food and swimming up and down the tank fast and then they grouped up and started doing this together.

I like to keep most types of Corys in groups of at least six.

I definitely agree with that. Also, it's MUCH better to keep a larger group of one species than to keep (say) two-three of one species and another group of three of another species [this applies to ALL species of social fish - Tetras and Eartheaters as well as Corys]. They act much more normal if you have a larger group. All my corys, I've bought in groups of 5 or more. The only time I'd break that rule would be if I was "topping up" a group.

Corys rarely truly school except when they are disturbed. Otherwise they tend to hang around with their own species group.
5 or more of a kind is good advice.
