What is it and how big will it get?

Hello everyone, I'm a Newbie here.
I've been researching fish for my 30g aquarium. At this moment I'm planning on populating it with 15 Neon Tetras and six Spotted Corys pictured below. What I can't find is a maximum size for these fishies. If they get to two inches I will be pushing my "one inch of fish per 12 square inches of surface area" maximum. If they grow larger, I'll be way overpopulated once the fish mature.
So help me out, how big do they get? Other suggestions?
