I downloaded and watched today's HR 669 Bill introduction hearing.
It runs about 50 minutes long. I watched it by opening Windows XP viewer.
There is cause for concern but the opposing sides were well represented and it looks like excessive and onerous proscriptions against ornamental aquarium fish will be mitigated to a considerable degree. You will have to decide for yourself if you think this bill is going too far.

When I want to see it always comes:"This is not available"

It probably filters based on where your ISP is located - if you are not seen to be from the US, you can't see it. Same with www.bbc.co.uk requires that you are coming from the UK - there are servers in the world that do allow you to forward sites from one server to another, I've been told.
