Hi everyone. Within the next few months, I will be attempting to breed my clown pleco's. I've read the article here, but am looking for personal success stories and methods.
I hope someone can help out. Thanks

Hi!

I think something was published in the BSSW report about a year or two ago... I shall check and I'll give you the info!

Cheers

Thanks Yann, that would be appreciated.

does anyone know if the have to be a specific size/age before breeding? I have no idea how old mine are, but the first 4 I got are about 2" maybe a little more. The second set of 4 I just recently purchase are a bit smaller.

Thanks everyone

Hi

You might have a look at "Gelungene Zucht einer kleinen Panaque-Art" by Erik Schiller:

The article "Beim Exporteur in Brasilien" by Hans-Georg Evers also looks very interesting.

Of course the articles are written in German :-(
