My name is Fristi, i'm 21 years old and i live in belgium
my hobbies are Fishkeeping and Ultimate frisbee.
i gonna skip the frisbee part and go directly to the fishkeeping
atm i keep fishes for 3 years.
at my house i have 3 tanks
1x 80 x 30 x 40 with mostly emotional value.
1x 116 x 30 x 60 i know, weird size but its custom made to fit in the kitchen
1x 200 x 40 x 60 in the bedroom
( all in cm! l x d x h )
my smallest tank contains a couple of honeygouramis, 7 coryd. trilineatus, alot of feederguppies.
the gouramis and corydoras are in there for 3.5 years now. guppies come and go ofcourse
my 116 houses tanganyikas.
2x calvus
1x tretocephallus
2x syno. multipunctatus
3x leleupi
5x brichardi
6x mpulungu
2x j regani
5x multifasciatus
i know that it is a bit overstocked but the filtration makes up for it
they originally where housed in my largest tank.
in my largest tank (105 gal ) now are 3 baby oscars, 3 catfish wich i'm not sure of. some say its a normal pleco,
some say its not, some say its gibbicepses some say its not ... ( one of the main reasons i made an account here )
and 3 clownloach
i was looking to add another catfish, but not a catfish like a gibbiceps, more something like an RTC
i was noticed of this fish by a monsterfishkeepr friend of mine. he told me to get one and when it was to big he would
house it for me. i looked up the rtc and it was just a stunning fish. but i cant be *rsed growing a fish to ship it to someone else later.
tough now i'm looking for something that has the same shape, as a rtc, but doesnt become as big. a miniature version of the rtc would be ace
i trolled already trough the cat-e log but i couldnt find anything. so now my question to you guys is if any of you know a lookalike
to the RTC wich becomes approx 40-50 cm and has that typical very broad head and giant mouth.
all i can find wich looks a bit like him is the centrodoras brachiatus
