Well an update on the gold nugget its belly is starting to look good, not concave. It is eating well but the new thing that I'm noting is that it is getting pale in color. I would put a picture up but don't know how to do that. Well is it going to die soon or what?
Again thanks for any help.

[Mod edit: remove "shouting" capitals, and fix a couple of trivial typos.]

I'm not sure if pale is a bad sign, but as it's eating, it's a good sign. Frequent water changes would be my best advice.

My L177 is always rather pale. The spots and seams are a bright orange, but the body is brown instead of inky black. I've had it for years now, so pale is not necessarily a bad sign. And if it's eating and fattening up I'd say everything looks OK.

BTW if you want to attach pictures klick on "upload attachment" (tab below the "submit" button), select the image on your computer and then click add the file. However, make sure the file is not too big (resolution-wise) before uploading it.
