Body shape indicates a
I'm pretty sure they are L209 or one of the other
lookalike L numbers [there are several pretty much similar fish from different places, and it's very hard to tell them apart as colour differences aren't very good indicators - they can change colour based on mood, health and environment, and of course, photograph's are not always accurate in colour anyways].
Having said that, L209 (Rondonia, Mid-west Brazil) comes a long way different from L129 (Border between Venezuela and Colombia), and doesn't look particularly similar either.

The tooth shot will primarily tell us that its a Peckoltia or a Panaque. If its Peckoltia there will still be lots of different kinds to try to ID it from.

Body shape and pattern doesn't match any Panaque that I know of.

That's what I was thinking too. Tooth morphology isn't going to help a lot in distinguishing between Peckoltia, though.
