Hi!

If you follow Isbrücker work, this fish is believed to belong to the genus Ancistomus...
I personnally never seen any, but before the Ancistomus description, the fish was believe to belong in Hypostomus...

After visiting your fish room today and actually seeing the L-75 I think it is inperative that you take a picture of this beautiful fish and post it on the site. it is a truely amazing specimen.

They are lovely fish, and perhaps are the southern edge of the distribution range that would include L124 as their northern brethern. Another suggestion would by <I>Hemiancistrus</I>. My (5") L75 is in my avatar to the left.
