I have many corys,12 trilineatus(5 juvi's from previous spawns),6 arcuatus,12 pygmys & 6 pandas

Now i know 3 of my trilineatus are continually spawning and keeping me busy with eggs & fry...

But the C.arcuatus i'm not sure whether they're laying eggs also,I've seen them in t position 3 times, but only once did i find 3 eggs after, although i'm not sure again whether they're from the Tri's

After corys go through the T position,do they always lay eggs??

I can't really tell by looking at the fry whether they're tri's or arc's at the moment.

Thanks Tracey

That's great that you have some babies.

I have no specific knowledge in breeding of C. arcuatus, but it's not entirely unusual for corys to "practice" a bit before they actually lay eggs.

Thanks :D

Well i'm still finding eggs and still unsure if they're tri's or arc's

This last batch has taken 6 days ,4 has hatched so far, normally they've been hatching in 4/5 days,

Do all cory eggs hatch in the same amount of time frame?

Just wondering if different species take longer to hatch out...

Thanks

Tracey
