I've bought in my LFS a juvenil of a loricariidae under the market name of "Ancistrs sp. Orange". Someone knows something about this species? is that denomination correct? is a natural form or is a selected form? From where?

A pair of pictures. It is really orange. In the photographs appears a normal young Ancistrus ¿dolichopterus? to compare.

I have one, but it lost the orange and black colouration very quickly and now looks like a generic Ancistrus. I'm a bit suspicious that they may be dyed.

Not dyed, but probably fed carotene-rich food to redden them.
