Help needed - urgent home for sailfin and L191 (Broken Line
Posted: 16 Feb 2010, 13:40
Hi
my first post here and it's a plea for help for my pleco and panaque. Unfortunately my days of fish keeping are at an end after 10+ years (for a number of reasons) and having a buyer for my tank I need to rehome my fish.
Most have gone such as my loaches, shark and tiger barbs but I need to rehome my Sailfin, Broken Line Panaque, Rams and 2 Ruby Barbs. I want my Sailfin to go to a really good home with a big tank. I have considered rehoming him at Bournemouth Aquarium where they have a huge plec display but it is a very long drive for me and not an ideal journey for plec.
I thought I would ask here as I really don't like my last resort which is giving him to my local fish shop to rehome. He could be stuck there weeks/months in a barren small tank which I do not want him to have to go through. And then he could end up somewhere unsuitable.
Is anyone here insterested in taking him and or my L191? I am in Kent and only about 25 minutes from the M25. Also if anyone is interested in my others or knows anyone who may be please let me know so I don't have to take them to my local fish shop!
Many thanks for reading.
