Cory punctatus - not.Photo improved

Can anybody identify this? Sold as C.punctatus but isn't going to be so can any of you experts identify it.Not a great photo but hope it's good enough.Better photo to replace the first one.

Just seen a photo on plecoaquuatics.co.uk which says mine are agassizi but I'm stll not convinced.

If it was in that state when you bought it I would be asking for a refund.
It looks to be close to C. ambiacus, but the image is not good enough to be certain.

I would still go with C. ambiacus, but juvenile C. delfax is very similar.
