Someone at Monsterfishkeepers directed me here for help with my L260, she is sick and I have no idea what is wrong with her.

I used the 'read this before posting' sticky about posting for help with a sick fish as an outline -

1. Water parameters
a) Temperature range.
78-79 deg. F

b) pH.
6.8

c) GH.
unknown

d) KH
unknown

e)Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, levels.
Ammonia - 0 (nitrate, nitrite unknown)

f) Water change frequency
(Most LFS's will check your water and give a list of readings).

Approx once every week to every other week, 20 - 30%

2. Tank set up
a) Size.
30 gallon long

b) Substrate.
sand and gravel mix

c) Filtration.
tidal flow style filter with carbon, biomax, sponge, a small amount of oyster shell, ammo-chips

d) Furnishings.
broken flower pots, driftwood, java ferns

e) Other tank mates.
1 other L260, two bushy nose plecos, 2 siamese algae eaters, 2 cory cats, approx 8-10 guppies

f) How long has it been set-up?
in current location - 9 months, before moving approx. 2 years

g) When was the last new fish added?

h) Foods used and frequency?
flake food, shrimp pellets, algae wafers, blood worms (small amounts nightly) cucumber fed once or twice every 2-3 weeks

3. Symptoms / Problem description

Listless, eyes seem glassy, found floating on her side. reddening around the mouth and base of fins and anus, rapid breathing

4. Action taken (if any)
Moved to small isolation tank inside main tank tank, isolation tank flushed gently with water from main tank mixed with fresh treated water to maintain high oxygen content

5. Medications used (if any)
Nothin yet but I have tetracycline and erythromycin on hand

Here is an image of her at her worst, she is no longer belly up but flipping herself seems difficult for her Image

I'm starting to think that this might by hemorrhagic septicemia even though I have no idea how she might have gotten this. What do you think? Anyone?

Yea, the only thing I could find that matched her symptoms was hemorrhagic septicemia so I am medicating my tank through a full regimen of antibiotics in case anyone else has this and isn't showing symptoms yet (like my other L260 ._. )

just try doing a 50% water change while you swish around the whole tank so you can get as much bacteria you can get

First, sorry for your loss.

Internal bacterial infection (Hemmorhagic septicemia or another bacerial infection with similar symptoms - it's hard to say without testing the actual bacteria in the fish, and it won't make any difference to the "cure" either way - and the outcome of this is RARELY positive, in my experience).

Treating the tank seems a bit excessive. This is not a highly contagious illness in my experience - it affects fish that has a weak immune system for some other reasons - which means you should really check your nitrite and nitrate levels to see that your water changes are sufficient - unless you know of any other reason why your fish would suddenly become ill. In all cases that have happened to me, the cause has been identified as "not enough water changes" and/or "too many fish in the tank" or something similar.
