Now you guys are getting into my area of expertice! Practice catch and release into the grease ,just roll them in a little pancake mix and fry.

Never been to that particular place, but sounds nice from the description. Maybe next time I'm in Austin, which is probably about the same time as snow falls in that place opposite heaven, I'm afraid.

No one there had ever heard of it!
