Is Lepthoplosternum tordilho valid? It's in fishbase.

Appears to be - Checkliist of Catfishes says it is (and Catalog of Fishes as well as Fishbase uses that for it's references).

Not sure how likely it is to appear in shops... Not exactly the most exported region, I think...

Assuming of course it's correct ... [I'm not saying it ISN'T - just that we've seen more than one case of "look for a name, ah this matches, must be it", even though the origin of the fish is somewhere FAR from where the fish comes from].
