L200a Temperature

I have a Juwel Trigon 350 with Discus in it. I have a few catfish too.
Synodontis ocellifer 23.0-28.0°C
White Line Pim 22.0-25.0°C
bristlenose plec 21.5-26.5°C
L200a plec 24.0-27.0°C
Callichthys callichthys 18.0-28.0°C
Dwarf hoplo's 20.0-22.0°C
Spotted Raphael Catfish 20.0-26.0°C

The temp is 31oC which I know is a little high for some, if not all of these cats. I have had all of these fish for a few years without any problems but the L200a is pretty new, I got it in April. I know it has been ok so far but how will it cope with the temp of my tank??

I would think the L 200 would be okay...that is if the oxygen content is kept up. A good turnover rate would kelp keep this up but the Discus probably would not like that.

Query...you are using a L200a designation...is that or

Both of the "L200" varieties would be fine with that temperature over a shorter timeframe. I don't think any of the fish you list are actually HAPPY with the high temperature you keep them at, and I don't think the discus really requires that high a temperature either. Everything would be much happier if you drop the temperature a couple of degrees or so, 28'C would probably be fine for all.

28 C vs 31 C would also be much friendlier for your wallet
