Hypostomus Latifrons or Panaque maccus

I found one picture of my pleco, it's also very blurry. He's now about 4 cm. and hardly grew since January. Dark gray with light brown. He has no bristles or anything and has a round body with a small tail. I myself don't see any differences between the pictures of the species witch I have named in the subject.
