I know these are Corydoras Catfish but I was wondering what kind exactly...

Corydoras trilineatus. They are often misidentified as C. julii

I was also wondering how big they will get, I was told 2-3 inches but I'm not sure how accurate that is...

They should stay under 2 inches.
