Green dragons are a line bred strain of the common bristlenose. It was originated by a female that showed fewer, and smaller, light areas and was line bred till the spots just went away. I have the name of the original breeder somewhere, but it's not important in this case. Suffice it to say it's just a color strain of the common bristlenose.
