Looking to add to my 10gl

I have a 10g with artifical plants and gravel. When I got the tamk 2 yrs ago I was told I needed an algea eater so I got a CAE.Being a novice I did lose some fish over the years except for the CAE.I recently got rid of him because I know he was responsible for some recent deaths.Sucker wounds on the sides of fish.He got two zebra danios and one cherry barb.In recent days he was really after the cherry barb, now he can relax and all my fish seem happier.I don't really seem to have much of an algea problem.I am looking for a good bottomfeeder to add.Otos have ben suggested but I am looking to see what other catfish I could add.I am looking to add two max and would like to keep them as small as possible.I don't want anything getting too big and taking on that 'king of the tank' attitude as the XAE did. Here are the fish I currently have.I have had all for a year now.

2 zebra danios
3 golden pristellas
1 cherry barb

I might be looking to add another danio(the two seem to be pretty happy) or another cherry barb.

Your thoughts and suggestions are welcome. :D

How about a group of miniature corys (like C. hastatus or C. pygmaeus)?
