To me, the top fish in the first picture is likely to be female, and the lower fish in the first picture is male. (This is under the assumption that the second picture shows the lower fish in the first picture - otherwise I'm a bit confused...)

Regarding the headshape, I'd say both are males.

No, I think FunkyFredFrog says that the sexing works the same as for L128 (which is where I take my experience from).
How large are these fish?

If they are young fish, then based on the odonthes on the pectorals, I would also say males!
